Thoroughly enjoyable book, just what I look for in a light contemporary. Real conflict between the leads, both of them lovable in their own ways, a good cast of supporting characters, and a satisfying emotional arc.
The only complaints I really have are: that Owen's POV was a little too "British-sounding" with regards to dialect and phrasing when I would have preferred more contrast between the language of each character's POV, really drawing a line between their differences; and that the sexual arc of the story was a little muddled for me. Don't get me wrong, I found the sex very sexy, but when there's as much as there was in this book, I like there to be a distinct sexual arc that threads through the sex scenes. There were definitely hints of that here, but they just didn't quite come together (ha) in a satisfying way.
Overall though, a fun and funny read, recommended for contemporary fans.
